Salary: AM £37,000–£41,000 | SAM £43,000–£45,000

They’ve built a reputation for campaigns that cut through, with headline-grabbing stunts and quick-turnaround cultural activations for some of the biggest names in drinks, FMCG, entertainment, and hospitality. The team is small – 15 people – but they consistently win work against network giants. 2024 set a new benchmark for the agency, and 2025 has only built on that momentum.
They’re looking for an established Account Manager (or an ambitious AM ready to step up) to join the crew. You’ll be the day-to-day lead on four client accounts, bringing creative thinking and calm under pressure, while being a trusted mentor for juniors. No coasting here – everyone gets stuck in.
