A global strategic communications consultancy is expanding its London team and is looking for several new hires at Consultant and Senior Consultant level.
We are looking for people with deep expertise in at least one of the following:
- Corporate Communications and Reputation
- Financial and Capital Markets Communications / Investor Relations, including public and private markets, UK PLCs, and private equity
- Public Affairs and Political Strategy (knowledge of the current political landscape and Labour policymaking welcome)
- Issues, Crisis, Cyber, and Special Situations, including sensitive and high-stakes scenarios
Sector experience in energy, extractives, and industrials or science, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals is also highly valued.

The Role
You will:
- Provide strategic counsel to senior executives on reputation, transformation, corporate narrative, and stakeholder engagement
- Shape messaging and integrated comms strategies based on research, insight, and structured thinking
- Support companies through significant events such as M&A, capital raises, regulatory change, political scrutiny, and crisis or cyber incidents
- Develop high-quality written work, including speeches, statements, Q&As, strategic content plans, investor-facing materials, media briefs, and leadership messaging
- Work closely with colleagues and external partners across borders, sectors, and disciplines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and help identify opportunities for growth and new approaches
- Lead workstreams and collaborate with colleagues to develop and support junior team members
You Will Succeed Here If You Have
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in strategic communications (agency or in-house)
- Strong writing skills and the ability to translate complex, technical, or financial information into a clear narrative
- Confidence advising senior stakeholders and handling sensitive or high-pressure situations
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using insight and monitoring tools such as Pulsar, Factiva, or Quid is an advantage
- Established media relationships are beneficial but not essential
- A collaborative mindset and desire to help shape a fast-growing team culture
