The Role
Manifest is looking for a Mid-Weight Designer with strong graphic and motion design skills to join the Global Brand Studio.
Reporting into a Design Director, you’ll collaborate with designers, motion creatives, strategists and producers across the global network. This is a multidisciplinary role delivering brand identities, motion content and creative storytelling across digital, social, print and OOH.
Your purpose: to create high-quality design and motion that brings brand and campaign ideas to life with clarity, craft and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing campaign and brand assets across digital, social, print and OOH
- Creating motion graphics, animated assets and kinetic typography
- Supporting the rollout of both new and established visual identity systems
- Producing campaign key visuals and artwork for global markets
- Translating strategic insight into compelling visual ideas
- Building decks, mockups and visualisations for new business
- Managing multiple briefs with strong attention to detail
- Collaborating with creatives and strategists across several studios
- Contributing to an inclusive, ambitious creative culture
- Experimenting with AI tools to enhance creative workflow
What They’re Looking For
- Experience across both graphic and motion design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma
- Strong craft in typography, layout and composition
- A portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign and motion work
- Ability to balance multiple briefs and collaborate across time zones
- Clear communication skills and a constructive approach to feedback
- Curious, proactive and committed to developing your craft
- Experience working with international brands (a bonus, not essential)
