Hybrid working: London-based, two days a week in the office, with occasional additional days as needed.

The Role

As Business Director (Integrated), you will:

  • Lead key client relationships and act as a trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders
  • Shape and deliver integrated PR, influencer, social and experiential programmes that build brand fame and commercial value
  • Drive cross-disciplinary team mobilisation and ensure clarity, collaboration and excellence across delivery
  • Lead strategy development, campaign planning and creative thinking with rigour and craft
  • Deliver strong project and financial management, including forecasting, resourcing and margin accountability
  • Contribute to agency growth through new business leadership, client development and industry presence
  • Line manage, mentor and inspire team members, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment

You Will Succeed Here If You Have

  • 10+ years in communications (agency or in-house) leading integrated programmes
  • A track record of delivering work that moves culture, earns attention and drives measurable outcomes
  • Excellent senior client management and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence steering complex workstreams and motivating teams to deliver their best
  • Strong organisational ability, calm under pressure and clarity in decision-making
  • Commercial acumen, including experience forecasting revenue and delivering against growth targets
  • Credibility in new business and pitch leadership
