PR Account Manager, Wine PR
Wine & Drinks | Consumer Trade | London (Hybrid)
£38k FTE | Open to Part-Time (3+ days per week)

A brilliant opportunity for an established Account Manager to join an award-winning boutique
PR agency working with some of the most recognised wine brands and regions in the world.

This role is ideal if you love drinks PR, enjoy being close to clients and media, and want to work
somewhere that’s serious about quality but refreshingly low on nonsense.

The Opportunity

You’ll take day-to-day ownership of a portfolio of high-profile wine and drinks accounts, acting
as the main point of contact and working closely with senior leadership and a close-knit, highly
experienced team.

The agency is well-established, respected in its field and known for delivering smart,
commercially effective PR across both trade and consumer media.

Crucially, this role is open to full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week), perfect for
someone who wants flexibility without stepping off the career ladder.

The Role

– Day-to-day management of leading wine and drinks accounts
– Proactive and reactive media relations across trade and consumer press
– Writing press releases, features, commentary and quotes
– Organising and attending press briefings, tastings, dinners and press trips
– Building strong, long-term relationships with key drinks and lifestyle journalists
– Supporting annual strategy planning and campaign delivery
– Managing workflow and supporting junior team members
– Assisting on new business brainstorms and pitches when required
– Handling issues and crisis communications where necessary

About You

– Currently operating at Account Manager level (c. 3–4+ years’ experience)
– Strong grounding in PR fundamentals and media relations
– Experience in wine, drinks, food or lifestyle PR strongly preferred
– Confident writer with excellent attention to detail
– Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple accounts
– Commercially aware; understands how PR supports client objectives
– A genuine team player with a can-do attitude
– WSET or similar a bonus, not essential

The Package

– Salary: circa £38,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time)

– Flexible working: full-time or part-time (3+ days per week)

– Hybrid model: 3 set office days per week

– 22 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)
