About the role

  • This role combines strategic thinking, creative leadership and hands-on delivery.
  • You’ll help shape campaign strategy, manage senior client relationships, and lead teams to deliver ambitious work across multiple markets.
  • You will also play a key role in mentoring team members, developing creative ideas and ensuring campaigns deliver both impact and results.
  • Depending on experience, the successful candidate will operate at Account Director or Senior Account Director level.
  • Key accounts include a globally recognised gaming franchise, overseeing activity and campaigns in the UK and EMEA markets
  • Additional work may include campaigns for major gaming brands and consumer household names.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading day-to-day client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic advisor
  • Overseeing campaign planning, delivery and results across major accounts
  • Managing budgets, workflows and project timelines
  • Leading creative development and shaping media-worthy campaign ideas
  • Running high-profile launches, events and integrated campaigns
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Working closely with senior leadership to drive account growth
  • Identifying proactive opportunities based on cultural and media trends

What they’re looking for

  • Strong PR agency experience at Senior Account Manager / Account Director level or above
  • A genuine passion for gaming and technology
  • Strong understanding of gaming culture and the wider industry
  • Experience delivering integrated PR campaigns, launches or events
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, budgets and workflows
  • Excellent media instincts and strong storytelling ability
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and a collaborative approach
