The Role
SHOOK is looking for a Senior Account Executive (SAE) to help deliver standout campaigns and drive results for their clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in both client management and campaign delivery, supporting the wider team to create work that has real impact.
Agency clients include Govia Thameslink Railway, Recycle Your Electricals, PDSA, Tony’s Chocolonely, & University of Warwick.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients
- Build strong relationships and understand client objectives
Campaign Execution
- Manage day-to-day activity across accounts
- Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule
Publicity & Media Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists
- Secure high-quality coverage across national, consumer, trade, and digital media
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and manage creator partnerships
- Oversee campaigns from outreach to reporting
- Ensure strong performance and brand alignment
What They’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an agency or brand communications role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, curious mindset

- £30,000 – £33,000 salary (DOE)
