The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has opened up at Wonderland, a B Corp creative communications agency built on a simple idea: brilliant work and brilliant culture shouldn’t be a trade-off. Wonderland works with purpose-driven campaigns and consumer brands alike, and is looking for early-career talent to join the Campaign Team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone organised, curious and detail-driven to learn the comms craft inside out, with genuine support to grow.
The Role
As a member of the Campaign Team, you’ll be the engine behind campaign delivery, helping bring big creative ideas to life across PR, social media, experiential events, content creation and creator management. You’ll work closely with clients day to day, supporting status reports, timelines and budgets, while also writing press materials, pitching media and helping shape campaign strategy.
One day you might be drafting a press release or briefing a content creator; the next you might be tracking coverage, spotting a trend for a client, or jumping into a brainstorm with fresh thinking.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone proactive, organised and eager to grow from Senior Account Executive into Account Manager over time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a reliable, proactive day-to-day contact for core clients
- Managing regular client servicing and campaign activity, keeping work on time and on track
- Writing high-quality press materials, briefs and other campaign assets
- Media pitching and outreach, building strong relationships with key contacts and securing quality coverage
- Liaising with content creators and agents, and managing briefs
- Drafting social content and supporting content planning
- Contributing to campaign strategy and creative thinking
- Spotting trends, opportunities and risks for clients
- Coverage tracking, reporting and analysis
- Supporting other accounts where time and capacity allow
- Getting involved with internal initiatives, including pro bono work and new business
Accounts
You’ll work across Wonderland’s client base, supporting a mix of purpose-driven and consumer brand campaigns spanning PR, social, content and experiential activity.
What They’re Looking For
- 1-2 years’ agency experience in comms and social is essential
- Highly organised, consistent and detail-oriented, with a love of a clean timeline and a tidy spreadsheet
- Genuinely curious about clients, competitors and the wider media and social landscape
- Strong relationship-builder, with existing connections to journalists, talent or content creators a plus
- Brings energy and fresh thinking to brainstorms and execution
- A true team player who keeps communication open and solution-focused
- Takes pride in quality, from a press release to a single social caption
