The Role
As Senior Events Producer, you will lead experiential and event production workstreams across standalone projects and integrated campaigns. As the production lead, you’ll ensure campaigns are scoped accurately, schedules are realistic, client objectives are exceeded and delivery is communicated clearly across the agency.
Reporting into the Client Services Director, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery: on time, on budget, profitably and to an exceptional standard. You’ll champion best-in-class production processes, manage detailed budgets, and maintain transparency at every stage.
You’ll work closely with partners, suppliers, creative teams and internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on progress, budgets and delivery milestones — and you’ll contribute to wider agency growth through client development and new business where needed.
Your Responsibilities
Essential
- Proven track record delivering best-in-class events and experiential activations
- Experience managing integrated project delivery (e.g. experiential + social/content/PR)
- Highly efficient with strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent strategic relationship-building skills across suppliers, clients and partners
- Commercially astute with experience delivering work profitably
- Deep understanding of production techniques and complex delivery processes
Desirable
- Strong understanding of the broader marketing mix
- Experience growing client accounts and contributing to new business
- Line management experience
