The Role
Censuswide is looking for a dynamic and proactive Service Delivery Assistant to coordinate the flow of work across the Client Account and Production teams. You will play a key role in allocating resources, problem-solving in real time, and ensuring project timelines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of work across the Client Account and Production teams, allocating resource effectively and resolving issues to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain oversight of all active projects, monitoring timelines and optimising resource capacity
- Build strong working relationships across teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration
- Provide additional support where needed, including executive summaries and PR checks
- Identify process inefficiencies and proactively recommend solutions
